How to get duplicate lic policy bond ? Please follows the following steps to get the duplicate policy bond :

1. Take a print out of form: 3762 on 100 rupees non judiciary stamp paper and get it notarized from any certified notary agent.
2. Make sure to sign on each and every page and submit at your LIC policy branch.
3. You may have to pay nominal stamp charges while submitting your documents.
4. Policy number is required
4. ID Proof of the policy holder is required
5. one passport size photograph of the policy holder

Duplicate bond will be issued by lic branch within 2-3 business working days.
